Three solutions, taken in order.

Each one stands alone, and each one sets up the next. We follow a roadmap, because the expensive mistakes are made before anything is bought.

Tech Roadmap

Your blueprint for Tech adoption, in three phases

The complexity around Tech makes it challenging to focus on the right investments. Our roadmap gives you the actionable blueprint you need to align Tech initiatives with your business objectives, identify the most impactful and profitable applications for your business, and move forward with confidence.

1. Discover

Through workshops we review your strategic business objectives with your leadership team to ensure alignment on your Tech strategy, perform a qualitative assessment of your current systems and tools, map key processes and gather critical requirements, and explore governance, data management, reporting and KPIs.

2. Develop

Together we plan your desired future state and determine the initiatives and technologies that will help you achieve your goals: alignment on the most impactful priorities, which Tech tools and strategies to implement, responsible-Tech guidance and best practices, the importance of a data strategy, and the technology trends in your industry.

3. Deliver

We develop your Tech roadmap with prioritized initiatives, technology solutions, timelines, cost estimates and other recommendations: research on solution and vendor options, guidance on governance and change management, and recommendations to strengthen your capabilities so you can move forward with confidence.

What you receive

Tech readiness and capability assessment

Process maps and opportunity register

Prioritized roadmap with cost estimates

Data strategy and governance recommendations

System Selection

Requirements to signature

Find the right technology for your business

You invest in a costly system and then discover it does not work for your business. It is an all-too-common scenario: faced with a labyrinth of platforms and vendors bent on selling trendy features, it is easy to lose sight of what your business really needs. We give you unbiased advice and a structured, proven process.

Requirements, in detail

We translate business needs into technical requirements and uncover opportunities you had not costed — including where a model should be bought, fine-tuned, or not used at all.

A competitive field

We identify vendors whose solutions align with your needs, develop a formal request for proposal, and create a competitive bidding environment — higher quality proposals, in a shorter timeframe.

Evaluated on merit

We score proposals with advanced analysis methods, organize and facilitate vendor demonstrations, and assess implementation and long-term ownership risk on a level playing field.

The right agreement

We evaluate total cost of ownership before you commit — licensing, tokens, integration, retraining — and review software and implementation agreements to uncover hidden risks during negotiation.

What you receive

Functional and technical requirements document

Vendor long list, short list and formal RFP

Scored proposal comparison and risk assessment

Total cost of ownership model and contract review

Implementation

Alongside your team

Maximize the outcomes of your investment

Your journey does not end once you have selected a vendor. Tech implementation projects are daunting and carry significant risk: they demand time and resources, strong planning, attentive governance and real change management. We provide the experienced guidance and support a successful project needs.

Phase 1 — Governance and readiness

Establish project objectives and expected benefits. Define the project team with clear roles and responsibilities. Align on a governance framework and a change management strategy. Determine the impact on your architecture, review the vendor's project plan, validate functional requirements and KPIs, and assess your implementation readiness.

Phase 2 — Execution

Ongoing coaching and support for your project team. Regular status updates and guidance to your leadership. Support in key vendor meetings. Review of project documents to maintain oversight and controls. Advice on the outputs of vendor design sessions, and recommendations on the issues and risks that may affect your project.

What you receive

Project plan, success criteria and KPI definitions

Governance framework and RACI

Change management and adoption strategy

Risk register and status reporting to leadership

Fair questions

What business owners ask us first

“We are too small for Tech.”

Size determines the scope, not the case. A company of forty people usually has two or three processes where a week of manual work disappears. We size the initiative to the business, and tell you when the answer is no.

“Our data is not clean enough.”

Nobody's is. The roadmap identifies which data actually has to be fixed for the initiatives you have prioritized, so you invest in the quality that matters rather than a two-year cleanup with no owner.

“We ran a pilot and it stalled.”

Pilots stall when success criteria, governance and ownership were never defined. That is the work of the implementation phase: defined roles, measured adoption, and a decision point with evidence behind it.

“Is this not just a chatbot?”

A general chatbot does not know your business. Grounding answers in your own systems through retrieval, with metadata ranking and evaluation of the answers, is what separates a demo from something staff trust on a Tuesday.

“What about privacy and client data?”

We cover data residency, access control, retention, prompt-injection risk and regulatory exposure in the roadmap, and hold vendors to it in the contract review. Responsible Tech is a requirement in the document, not a slide.

Technology

Vendor-neutral, and fluent in the stack

We resell none of it. Knowing how these pieces behave in production is what lets us assess a vendor's claims honestly.

Not sure which one you need?

That is a normal place to start. A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether you need a roadmap, a selection process, or help rescuing a project already under way.
